The 4Days4You technical program was created specifically by the Orange1 technical staff to try to concretely improve some technical and physical aspects in just 4 days. In all training sessions you will be followed individually by coaches and physical trainers. Every day you will train to improve your technical and physical skills, with all the Technical Staff to support you.
The 4Days4You Basketball Camp is open to all those who want to improve while having fun!!!
But remember places are limited, to guarantee high level work only the first 40 people booked will be able to access this camp.

A typical day at 4Days4You
09.00 – 09.15: Start of activity
09.15 – 10.15: Physical work
10.15 – 11.00: Individual sessions
11.00 – 12.00: Team training
12.45 – 13.30: Lunch
1.30pm – 3.00pm: Rest
3.30pm – 4.15pm: Video session
4.15pm – 5.15pm: Physical work
5.15pm – 5.30pm: Snack
5.30pm – 6.00pm: Individual sessions
6.00pm – 7.30pm: Team training
8.00pm – 9.00pm: Dinner
9.00pm – 10.30pm: Group activities
11.00pm: Goodnight!

Who can participate?
For children born between 2004 and 2012.
What will I do at the 4Days4You Basketball Camp?
For four days you will enter the Orange1 world: basketball, physical work, individual sessions, videos and personalized worksheets.
Together with our Coaches and Physical Trainers you will work on the characteristics you will need to realize your dream as a player.
Training Facilities:
The PalaAngarano will be the training field: a gym used by the Orange1 Basket boys, it is located five minutes from the historic center of Bassano and has always been the fulcrum of our activities.
Hospitality:
The accommodation will be at the renovated and beautiful Bassano del Grappa Hostel (2km from Pala Angarano and in the historic center).
Lunches and dinner will be consumed at the PalaAngarano.
Price:
4 days full board = 350,00 €
Terms of payment:
Possibility of payment in a single payment with bank transfer of €350.00 or with a deposit of €200.00 (the deposit will be returned only in the case of serious and justified reasons and with cancellation received 10 days before the start date of the camp) and €150.00 in cash or bank transfer upon arrival.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email with all the specifications regarding the arrival and departure times from Bassano and the details on which to make the payment.
When registering, please report any food intolerances or allergies.
